Welcome to Lala Strong Designs. By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, participating in a live sale, or requesting a custom build, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lala Strong Designs.

1. Products & Handmade Items

Lala Strong Designs offers handmade, customized, premade, and specialty products.

Because many of our products are handmade or assembled individually, slight variations in colors, beads, patterns, placement, charms, toppers, and other design elements may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, or device displays.

2. Custom Builds

Custom orders are created based on the options and information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections, spelling, colors, characters, charms, add-ons, and other customization details before submitting and paying for an order.

Once payment has been received and work has begun, changes are not guaranteed.

If a requested component becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss a reasonable substitution or alternative.

3. Live Sales & Claims

Items claimed during live sales are subject to availability.

Our live-sale process is generally:

Claim → Pay → Build

Payment is required to secure your claim or position in the build lineup.

Items are not considered reserved until the required payment or deposit has been received.

No holds are guaranteed.

Customers participating in live sales are responsible for providing accurate information and completing payment according to the instructions provided during the sale.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Debit or credit card through our website

• Cash App

• Venmo

• Cash for approved local transactions

Orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.

5. Deposits

Certain custom orders or live builds may require a deposit.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. An order may not be shipped or released for pickup until the required balance has been paid in full.

6. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade, custom, personalized, and limited-quantity nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds once payment has been received, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your order before completing payment.

7. Processing & Build Times

Custom builds generally require approximately 7–10 business days to complete unless otherwise stated.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization, holidays, live-sale volume, or other circumstances.

Processing/build time does not include shipping transit time.

8. Shipping

Lala Strong Designs currently ships within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated or communicated based on the order and may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method.

Our regular shipping days may be posted separately and are subject to change.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time is outside our direct control.

Lala Strong Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered on eligible orders.

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete and ready.

Pickup instructions will be provided directly to the customer.

10. Product Safety

Some Lala Strong Designs products may contain small parts, beads, charms, silicone beads, decorative pieces, or other components that may present a choking hazard.

Products containing small parts are not toys and should be kept away from babies, young children, and pets unless the product is specifically designed and sold for that purpose.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and supervising children when necessary.

Immediately discontinue use of any item that becomes damaged, loose, broken, or otherwise unsafe.

11. Product Availability

Products, colors, characters, beads, charms, toppers, accessories, and other materials are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product offerings, or cancel an order if an item or required material becomes unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been paid for, we will contact the customer regarding the appropriate resolution.

12. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customizations, specialty characters, charms, extenders, rhinestones, upgraded materials, and other add-ons may result in additional charges.

The price displayed or agreed upon at the time the order is finalized will apply to that order.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information.

However, occasional typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

14. Intellectual Property

The Lala Strong Designs business name, original branding, logos, photographs, graphics, website content, original designs, and other original materials belonging to Lala Strong Designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party characters, trademarks, names, and designs remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, abusive behavior, incorrect pricing, or circumstances that prevent us from safely or reasonably completing the transaction.

If we cancel a fully paid order before it has been fulfilled, any refund or resolution required will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lala Strong Designs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on our website. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
