Lala Strong Designs provides handmade, customized, premade, and specialty merchandise. Because many of our products are handmade or assembled individually, slight variations in color, size, placement, design, beads, charms, patterns, or other materials may occur. Custom & Handmade Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization selections and information submitted with an order.

Once payment has been received and production has begun, customization choices generally cannot be changed.

Lala Strong Designs reserves the right to make minor substitutions when a specific bead, charm, color, accessory, or material becomes unavailable. When a substitution would substantially change the overall requested design, we may contact the customer before completing the item.

Product Safety

Some Lala Strong Designs products may contain small parts, beads, charms, rhinestones, hardware, or other components that may present a choking hazard.

Unless specifically identified and marketed for use by children, products are intended for adult use or decorative purposes. Products containing small parts should be kept away from babies, young children, and pets.

Customers are responsible for using purchased products appropriately and for following any care or safety instructions provided.

Intellectual Property

All original Lala Strong Designs branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, original product designs, marketing materials, and other original content are the property of Lala Strong Designs, unless otherwise stated.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Third-party names, characters, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property that may appear in product materials remain the property of their respective owners. Lala Strong Designs does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Pricing & Product Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, correct pricing or product-description errors, and cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

If we cancel a paid order that we are unable to fulfill, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

Payments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, pickup, and contact information.

Orders are not considered confirmed until required payment has been successfully received.

Additional policies may apply to custom orders, deposits, live sales, and special-order merchandise.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Lala Strong Designs is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Risk associated with carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage after shipment may be subject to the applicable carrier's policies and applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases are governed by the separate Return & Refund Policy available on this website.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final once payment has been received. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind.

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
