Thank you for shopping with Lala Strong Designs! Each order is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Processing Time

• Custom orders are generally completed within 10-14 business days after payment is received.
• Premade and ready-to-ship items may ship sooner.
• Processing times may be longer during sales, LIVE events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Days

Our regular shipping days are:

Wednesday & Saturday

Orders completed after a shipping day may be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping starts at $8.00.
• Final shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order.
• U.S. shipping only at this time.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact Lala Strong Designs as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Tracking

Tracking information is available upon request. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Lala Strong Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If an issue occurs during transit or after delivery, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Lala Strong Designs because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or other customer-related issue, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
